Information we process

We process information supplied by brokers, applicants, policyholders, claimants, service providers and website visitors where it is necessary to administer insurance-related services, respond to enquiries, assess broker applications, fulfil legal obligations or protect legitimate interests.

• Identity and contact information
• Brokerage, FSP and company-registration details
• Policy, underwriting and claims information
• Correspondence and website-form submissions

How information is used

Personal information is used only for a lawful and specific purpose, including underwriting administration, claims coordination, broker support, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and responding to requests. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and safeguards

Information may be shared with insurers, assessors, professional advisers, regulators and service providers where required for the stated purpose or by law. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion where retention is no longer legally required. Requests may be sent to jane@tayler-made.co.za.

Retention and contact
